Makati—(PHStocks)—The Board of Directors of Megaworld Corp. (PSE: MEG) has declared cash dividends of PhP0.05410389 per share for all common stockholders of record as of June 23, 2017. Payment date is set at July 19, 2017.

The cash dividends were declared from the unrestricted retained earnings of the company as of December 31, 2016.
