PHStocks Week in Review: Growth Continues
Local shares are on a strong growth track. The bellwether Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) gained an overall 6.55% increase to finish at 4,129.54 points for the week, up from 3,875.81 points in the previous week. The wider all-shares index was also on a fast track, gaining 1.25% or 37.64 points to reach 3,043.49 points.
All counters also registered growth, with the Services index leading the pack with a 12.44% increase. The Financials index came in at second with a 6.4% gain, while the Industrials sector managed a 5% growth.
