RCBC Board Approves Cash Dividends

The Board of Directors of Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC, PSE: RCB) has approved declaration and payment of cash dividends amounting to PhP0.80 per share, or a total of about PhP810.86 million payable to holders of common class shares, and a total of approximately PhP2.1 million payable to holders of preferred class shares, subject to the final approval of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
