PSE Suspends Trading for ASIA and CAT
The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) has announced that as of February 21, AsiaTrust Development Bank Inc. (PSE: ASIA) and Central Azucarera de Tarlac Inc. (PSE: CAT) have not yet submitted their Quarterly Reports, using SEC Form 17-Q, for the period ended December 30, 2010. As such, trading is currently suspended for shares of both companies.
The trading of the shares for the above-mentioned companies remain suspended until further notice. The Exchange will inform the Trading Participants and the investing public of further developments on the matter.
