Taguig—(PHStocks)—The Board of Directors of LT Group Inc. (PSE: LTG) has approved the declaration and distribution of cash dividend of PhP0.15 per share to all stockholders of record as of 28 April 2016. The cash dividend was authorized to be paid not later than 6 May 2016.
