SMC and Indophil Resources Extend Share Placement Agreement

San Miguel Corp. (PSE: SMC) has announced that the company and Indophil Resources NL have agreed to extend the exclusivity period of their Share Placement Agreement, dated 8 October 2010, to 10 February 2011.
