SM Prime Declares Cash Dividends

The board of directors of SM Prime Holdings Inc. (PSE: SMPH) approved the declaration of a regular cash dividend of PhP0.35 per share amounting to PhP10.11 billion to all stockholders of record as of May 8, 2019 and payable on May 22, 2019. This is equivalent to a 34% payout of last year’s net income.
