Filinvest Land Inc. (PSE: FLI) has submitted a letter to the Department of Finance (DoF) signifying its intent to participate in the bidding for the Food Terminal Inc. (FTI) complex in Taguig, Metro Manila.

STOCK TRADING GAME RESUMES FRIDAY

The PSE-Absolute Traders Stock Trading Competition (Collegiate and Professional Divisions) will resume Friday, March 11, at 12:00mn, after being suspended from March 7 to 10 due to some technical issues on the trading system.

PACIFIC ONLINE SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES SCHEDULE OF STOCKHOLDERS’ MEETING

Pacific Online Systems Corp. (PSE: LOTO) has announced that its annual stockholders’ meeting will be held on June 8, 2011, at 3:00pm. The venue will be announced at a later date as soon as physical arrangements are finalized.

Also, for the purpose of the stockholders’ meeting, the company has set May 9, 2011, as the record date for determining the stockholders of record entitled to notice of and vote thereat.

ICT AWARDS SHARES UNDER SIP

International Container Terminal Services Inc. (PSE: ICT) has awarded 4,072,500 ICTSI shares to selected members of its management team under the company’s Stock Incentive Plan (SIP). These vested shares were deducted from the Treasury Shares of the Company.

Total treasury shares after transaction were 52,186,500, while total outstanding shares after transaction totaled 1,939,880,360.
