IS Board Approves Stock Rights Offering

In a special meeting held today, March 22, 2011, the Board of Directors of Island Information & Technology Inc. (PSE: IS) has approved and confirmed the previous resolution authorizing the stock rights offering of the company and filing of listing application with the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). The said resolutions were adopted and approved at the special meeting of the Board held November 5, 2007.
