Globe Achieves Record 2025 Performance, Earns Great Place to Work Certification and CDP Climate Leadership Recognition
Globe Telecom, Inc. (Globe) capped 2025 with record consolidated gross service revenues of ₱165.1 billion, marking another year of growth despite inflationary pressures and severe natural calamities. Fourth-quarter revenues reached a record ₱43.4 billion, up 5% sequentially, driven by robust mobile and broadband demand, resilient enterprise services, and strong operational execution. Globe’s digital ecosystem, encompassing mobile data, home broadband, and enterprise connectivity, accounted for 88% of total service revenues, up from 86% in 2024, reflecting the company’s leadership in powering the country’s digital lifestyle.
Globe’s mobile segment posted ₱116.9 billion in service revenues, supported by accelerating 5G adoption and deeper customer engagement, while mobile data alone reached ₱101.2 billion, up 4% year-on-year. The company’s home broadband services generated ₱24.0 billion, driven by fiber adoption, which now represents 91% of total broadband revenues. Enterprise data solutions delivered ₱20.7 billion, fueled by cybersecurity, cloud, and Business Application Solutions, positioning Globe as a key partner in the country’s digital transformation.
Beyond financial performance, Globe earned its first-ever Great Place to Work Certification, highlighting its strong workplace culture, and was recognized by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) as a climate leader with an upgraded A- rating, reflecting Globe’s commitment to sustainability. Globe’s CEO, Carl Raymond R. Cruz, emphasized that the company’s 2025 achievements underscore operational resilience, disciplined cost management, and strategic investments in network and digital capabilities. Looking ahead, Globe aims to expand its 5G footprint, grow GFiber Prepaid, and scale digital ventures like GCash, continuing to enhance connectivity and digital inclusion across the Philippines.
