First Holdings Announces Additional Listing

First Philippine Holdings Corp. (PSE: FPH) has announced that an additional 317,782 common shares have been availed of and fully paid under the Company’s Executive Stock Option Plan (ESOP).

The listing of additional 317,782 common shares is set for Friday, Februray 18, 2011. This brings the number of common shares listed under the Company’s ESPP and ESOP to a total of 24,562,130 common shares.
