Cebu Landmasters Reveals Ian Veneracion as Brand Ambassador

Leading VisMin developer Cebu Landmasters (PSE: CLI) announced today that it had selected actor and performer Ian Veneracion as brand ambassador for a new marketing campaign.

Joie Soberano-Bergundthal, CLI vice president and marketing director, disclosed: “Ian’s personality and track record are a perfect fit for Cebu Landmasters. Whatever Ian does – be it acting, singing, or being a family man – he does it well.” Ian’s career spanning three decades has gracefully matured setting an inspiring path for the CLI brand. CLI marks its 16th anniversary in real estate this year.

TV and film actor Stephen Ian Lopez Veneracion is of Spanish heritage but also has a strong affinity with the VisMin. His mother is from Cebu and Ian would spend summers in the province.

Veneracion will be the face of CLI’s campaign dubbed “live extraordinarily,” a promise that the company gives to its clients. “This campaign and choosing Ian as our brand ambassador aim to embrace who we are as Cebu Landmasters. As the leading local developer in VISMIN, we have grown through the trust and satisfaction of our clients. CLI initially made its mark through residential projects and has expanded to include offices, mixed-use developments, hotels and townships. It has gained a strong foothold in key VisMin cities because of its mastery of the market.
