SM Investments Announces Additional Listing
Pasay–(PHStocks)–SM Investments Corp. (PSE: SM) has announced the additional listing of 770,266 common shares yesterday, 9 February, to cover the conversion of the Convertible Bonds issued to the Bondholders.
The additional listing, set for today, brings the number of listed underlying SM common shares of the Convertible Bonds to 2,217,318 common shares.
