PTFC Declares Dividends

Makati—(PHStocks)—PTFC Redevelopment Corp.‘s (PSE: TFC) Board of Directors approved a resolution authorizing the corporation to distribute to its stockholders of record as of 5 January 2016, a portion of its unrestricted retained earnings in the form of cash dividends in the amount of PhP0.60 (sixty centavos) per share, or in the aggregate amount of PhP21 million.

The dividends are payable on 29 January 2016.
