Lepanto Consolidated Mining Announces Additional Listing
Makati–(PHStocks)–Lepanto Consolidated Mining Co. (PSE: LC) has announced an additional 3,592,497 Class “A” common shares and 2,395,047 Class “B” common shares availed of and fully paid under the Company’s Stock Option Plan (SOP).
The listing of the additional common shares, set for Friday, 2 March 2012, brings the number of common shares listed under the company’s SOP to a total of229,528,562 Class “A” common shares and 153,018,806 Class “B” common shares.
