A Brown Company Inc. (PSE: BRN) has announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the incorporation of the company’s two new subsidiaries, Palm Thermal Consolidated Holdings Corp. (PTCH) and Panay Consolidated Land Holdings Corp. (PCLH).
