PSB Announces Cash Dividend

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has approved the 1.5% regular cash dividend declared by the Philippines Savings Bank (PSE: PSB) for the fourth quarter of 2010 amounting to PhP36.04 million, payable to all common stockholders of record as of March 18, 2011.

The cash dividend is set at PhP0.15 per share. Payment date is on April 4, 2011.
