PH Stocks Back in Red

Weak performance amid slow trading activity greeted the start of the week, with shares in the Philippine Stock Exchange index (PSEi) shedding 0.36% to close at 3,837.44 points. All sectoral indices suffered the same fate, with the Mining & Oil sector declining as much as 1.05%.

Trading volume reached 1.02 billion, valued at PhP2.44 billion, on 9,714 trades. Losers led gainers 71 to 48, while 47 stocks remain unchanged.

  6. Diversified Financial Network Inc. (DFNN, PSE: DFNN): PhP9.86, +7.17
  7. Berjaya Philippines Inc. (PSE: BCOR): PhP18.00, +5.88
