PetroEnergy Resources: SC 75

Pasig—(PHStocks)—The consortium of Philex Petroleum Corp. (PSE: PXP), PNOC Exploration Corp. and PetroEnergy Resources Corp. (PSE: PERC) received from the Department of Energy (DOE) the duly executed copy of Service Contract No. 75 covering the Area 4 offshore exploration area located in the Northwest Palawan Basin.

PERC has a 15% participating interest in SC 75.
