MacroAsia Commences Construction of New Aviation Services Headquarters in Parañaque

MacroAsia Corporation (MAC), through its majority-owned subsidiary MacroAsia Airport Services Corporation (MASCORP), has officially begun the construction of a new six-story headquarters dedicated to its aviation services operations. The project was formally launched following a groundbreaking ceremony held earlier today, underscoring the Group’s continued expansion and long-term commitment to the Philippine aviation industry.

The new headquarters will be built on a MASCORP-owned property along Sunrise Street, Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City. With a gross floor area exceeding 8,600 square meters, the facility is designed to centralize the administrative, operational, and executive offices of MacroAsia’s aviation services business units. It will also accommodate the MacroAsia Group’s developing shared services center, providing a unified hub for group-wide support functions and operational efficiency.

The project entails an estimated investment of ₱400 million, funded through a bank financing facility with Security Bank, and is targeted for completion by March 2027. Once operational, the headquarters is expected to strengthen support for MASCORP’s activities at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) while offering additional office spaces for third-party leasing. This dual-purpose design positions the facility as both an operational center and a potential source of long-term recurring revenue for the Group.
