iWave Appoints New Independent Board Director
DFNN Inc. (PSE: DFNN) subsidiary iWave Inc. has announced that Ricardo F. Banaag, who served previously as the country manager of Intel Micro Electronics Philippines, has joined the Board of iWave as an Independent Director.
According to iWave, Banaag’s previous experience in the technology field will be a great asset to the future plans of the company.
