Avida Land Launches Final Phase of Cavite Project

Avida Land Corp. (PSE: ALI), the mid-range residential development arm of property giant Ayala Land Inc., will launch its newest subdivision project in Cavite, driven by the strong reception of its previous projects in the area.

In a press briefing yesterday, Avida officials said the company is set to launch the third and final sector of its 10-hectare Avida Verra Settings Vermosa located within Ayala Land’s 700-hectare mixed-use estate in Imus, Cavite.
