SM Announces Additional Listing
Pasay–(PHStocks)–SM Investments Corporation (PSE: SM) has announced the listing of additional 336,057 common shares to cover the conversion of the Convertible Bonds issued to its Bondholders.
The listing is set for Wednesday, February 1, 2012. This brings the number of listed underlying SM common shares of the Convertible Bonds to 1,477,052 common shares.
