SEC Fines Boulevard Holdings PhP1.06M

Makati–(PHStocks)–Boulevard Holdings Inc. (PSE: BHI) has been assessed a monetary penalty of PhP1,062,000.00 by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the late filing of its  Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) for the year ended May 31, 2011.

Further details as follows:

1. Outright payment of 25% of the assessed value or PhP265,500.00 within seven (7) days from receipt of the Order of the Commission; and,

2. Payment of the remaining balance of PhP796,500.00 in five (5) equal monthly installments or PhP159,300 on or before the first day of every month immediately following the initial payment.
