PSB Declares Cash Dividends

The board of directors of Philippine Savings Bank (PSE: PSB), in its meeting held October 15, 2018, passed a resolution declaring a 7.5% regular cash dividend for the third quarter of 2018 amounting to PhP180.19 million, equivalent to PhP0.75 per share.

This will be payable to all common stockholders  as of record date October 30, 2018, and will be paid no later than the payment date of November 14, 2018.
