Philippine Realty and Holdings: Disposition of Shares of Another Corporation
Philippine Realty and Holdings Corp. (PSE: RLT) has entered into an agreement with a group of private investors to sell its 70% stake in Meridian Assurance Corp., the company’s non-life insurance subsidiary, for PhP191 million. The sale is subject to approval by the Insurance Commission.
