Philex Mining Announces Additional Listing
Philex Mining Corp. (PSE: PX) has announced that an additional 1,482,499 common shares have been availed of and fully paid under the Company’s Stock Option Plan (SOP).
The listing of the additional shares, set for Friday, March 4, 2011, brings the number of common shares listed under the Company’s SOP to a total of 102,339,223.
