Metrobank Declares Cash Dividends
Makati–(PHStocks)–Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (PSE: MBT) has announced that the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has approved Metrobank’s request to declare a 5% cash dividend or PhP1.00 per share based on a par value of PhP20.00.
Pursuant to this, the Management has set 5 March 2012 as the Record date for stockholders to be entitled to the said cash dividend. Payment date shall be on 26 March 2012.
