Manila Water Declares Dividends
Quezon City—(PHStocks)—The Board of Directors of Manila Water Company Inc. (PSE: MWC) has declared the following cash dividends in the second semester of the year: (1) PhP0.298 per share on the outstanding common shares; and (2) PhP0.0298 per share on the outstanding participating preferred shares.
The dividends are payable on 6 November 2012 to stockholders of record as of 9 October 2012.
