Manila Mining Announces Schedule of Annual Stockholders’ Meeting

Makati–(PHStocks)–Manila Mining Corp. (PSE: MA) has announced that the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 17 April 2012, at 3:00pm at the Penthouse, Lepanto Building, 8747 Paseo de Roxas, Makati, Philippines.

The Record Date for the meeting shall be 12 March 2012. Proxies must be filed with and received at the company’s offices not later than by the close of business on 10 April 2012.
