Position: Plant Manager
Work Location: Laguna
The Plant Manager is responsible for leading and improving Plant operations to support business requirements of the different categories. They shall ensure delivery of right, quality and safe product, and cost in a manner that is efficient, effective, secure, safe and environmentally friendly. They shall manage product conversion, machine reliability, warehousing and distribution operations, promote partnership with and development of people and; be accountable of overall plant financials.
Requirements
- At least 7 years experience in a food manufacturing plant, including at least 3 years managerial experience in manufacturing and quality system management
- College graduate in Engineering, Chemistry or Food Technology or equivalent
- Trained in HACCP and ISO, project management and plant financials
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiations skills and technical and analytical skills
- Strong Quality System orientation
