IMI Announces Additional Listing

An additional 60,000 common shares under Integrated Microelectronics Inc.’s (IMI) Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOWN) have been availed of, fully paid, and duly lodged with the Philippine Depository and Trust Corp. as of 12 January 2011.

In line with this, IMI has listed an additional 60,000 common shares availed under the company’s ESOWN, set for 18 January 2011. This brings the company’s total common shares listed under ESOWN to 26,784,580.
