Ginebra Acquires East Pacific Star Bottlers
Mandaluyong–(PHStocks)–Ginebra San Miguel Inc. (PSE: GSMI) has acquired 100% of the total outstanding shares of East Pacific Star Bottlers Phils Inc., a corporation principally engaged in the manufacture and bottling of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, for PhP200 million, at PhP100 per share.
The acquisition is expected to forge synergies with GSM’s ongoing operations and provide additional capacity for its contemplated expansion plans.
