Euro-Med Declares Cash Dividends

Manila—(PHStocks)—The Board of Directors of Euro-Med Laboratories Phil. Inc. (PSE: EURO), at its regular meeting held 30 May 2017, unanimously approved the declaration of cash dividend in the amount of PhP0.05 per share from the unrestricted retained earnings of the corporation as of 31 December 2016, to all stockholders of record as of 29 June 2017.

The cash dividends will be paid on 21 July 2017.
