DMCI Subsidiary Lands Luxury Residential Condo Contract
Makati—(PHStocks)—DMCI Holdings Inc. (PSE: DMC) subsidiary D.M. Consunji Inc. has been awarded by Ortigas Company and Limited Partnership (OCLP) the contract for the Structural and Basic Architectural Works for the luxury residential condominium, Viridian in Greenhills, located at Greenhills Shopping Center, San Juan City.
The scope includes sub- and super-structure, basic architectural and other related works for the 57-storey residential high rise with roof deck, retail and amenity floors and five-level basement parking area.
