Quezon City—(PHStocks)—The Board of Directors of BDO Leasing & Finance Inc. (PSE: BLFI) approved setting the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (ASM) on 23 April 2014, and fixing the record date on 7 March 2014.
The ASM will be held at the Francisco Santiago Hall, Mezzanine Floor, South Tower, BDO Corporate Center, 7899 Makati Avenue, Makati City, at 10:00 in the morning.
