Quezon City—(PHStocks)—The Board of Directors of BDO Leasing & Finance Inc. (PSE: BLFI) accepted the resignation of Georgiana A. Gamboa as President and Director of BDOLF effective 31 January 2014, and approved the transfer of Rodolfo M. Carlos Jr., Vice President, Senior Risk and Compliance Officer of BDOLF, to the Risk Management Group of BDO Unibank Inc., effective 31 January 2014.
The Board has appointed Roberto E. Lapid, Vice Chairman, as Officer-In-Charge of BDOLF effective 1 February 2014.
