BDO Declares Cash Dividends

Makati—(PHStocks)—The Board of Directors of BDO Unibank Inc. (PSE: BDO), at its regular Board meeting last 27 February 2016, approved the declaration of cash dividends in the amount of PhP0.30 per common share or approximately PhP1.094 billion, to be paid to all stockholders of record as of 14 March 2016 and payable on 28 March 2016.
