BC Announces Additional Listing
Benguet Corp. (PSE: BC) has announced that an additional 14,400 common Class A shares have been availed of and fully paid under the company’s Stock Option Plan (SOP).
The listing of said Class A shares is set for Tuesday, February 8. This brings the number of common shares listed under BC’s SOP to a total of 771,420 Class A shares and 19,200 Class B shares.
