Roxas Holdings Declares Cash Dividend

Makati—(PHStocks)—The Board of Directors of Roxas Holdings Inc. (PSE: RHI) declared a cash dividend in the amount of PhP0.06 per share, payable to all shareholders of record as of 1 October 2012. The cash dividend will be paid on 12 October 2012.
