RFM Announces Cash Dividend

Mandaluyong–(PHStocks)–The Board of Directors of RFM Corp. (PSE: RFM) approved the declaration of cash dividend amounting to PhP75,570,000.00 at PhP0.02391 per share. The amount represents the partial declaration of 30% of the net income of the corporation for the year 2011 pursuant to the latter’s cash dividend policy.

Total cash dividend declared: PhP75,570,000.00

Value per share: PhP0.02391
