Nomura Completes Investment in BDO Unibank Subsidiary
Nomura Holdings Inc. has completed the investment in PCIB Securities Inc. (PCIB), a wholly owned subsidiary of BDO Unibank Inc. (PSE: BDO), which was announced on 29 June 2015.
Koichi Katakawa will be appointed as president of PCIB, subject to local regulatory approval. Nomura does not expect the investment to have a material impact on its consolidated results.
