Jollibee Announces Additional Listing

Jollibee Foods Corp. (PSE: JFC), the biggest fast-food chain in the Philippines, has announced that an additional 4,167 common shares have been availed of and fully paid for under the company’s Senior Management Stock Option Plan (MSOP) and the Executive Long Term Incentive Program (ELTIP).

The listing of the additional common shares availed is set for Wednesday, February 2, 2011. This brings the total number of common shares listed under the MSOP and ELTIP to 16,113,299 common shares.
