D.M. Wenceslao’s 8912 Asean Ave Gains PEZA Accreditation, Boosting Aseana City’s IT-BPM Growth
D.M. Wenceslao and Associates, Inc. (DMW), together with its wholly-owned subsidiary Aseana Holdings Inc. (AHI), announced that 8912 Asean Ave has officially been accredited as an Information Technology Special Economic Zone by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
Spanning approximately 100,000 square meters, 8912 Asean Ave is now DMW’s largest PEZA-registered office building, strengthening Aseana City’s capacity to accommodate the expanding IT-BPM and global services sector. The new accreditation complements DMW’s existing portfolio of PEZA-registered properties, including Aseana One, Two, and Three, at a time when PEZA-certified office supply in Metro Manila remains limited. Strategically located along Asean Avenue, the building provides direct access to key transport infrastructure such as NAIA, PITX, and the LRT-1 Redemptorist–Aseana Station, while connecting seamlessly to retail, lifestyle, and institutional amenities within Aseana City.
“The PEZA accreditation of 8912 Asean Ave highlights Aseana City’s growing appeal as a business destination,” said Delfin Angelo “Buds” Wenceslao, CEO of DMW. “It reflects our commitment to supporting high-growth industries, creating quality employment, and contributing to the country’s economic development.” PEZA Director General Tereso Panga added that the collaboration between PEZA and Aseana Holdings has been instrumental in shaping Aseana City into a thriving business district, and this new accreditation will further attract investments, drive job creation, and reinforce the Philippines’ position as a hub for technology-enabled services.
