BDO Schedules Annual General Meeting

Makati—(PHStocks)—The Board of Directors of BDO Unibank Inc. (PSE: BDO) has approved the setting of 25 April 2014 as the date for the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting of the Bank, to be held at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel, Ayala Avenue, Makati City, at 2:00 in the afternoon, and setting of 14 March 2014 as the record date for stockholders entitled to vote at such meeting.
