Banks Still Falling Short of Customer Expectations – SunGard Research

Although the Philippine economy has moved up 30 spots in the latest “Ease of doing business 2014 report” released by the World Bank and International Finance Corporation, new consumer research undertaken by SunGard has found that banks in some of the world’s fastest-growing emerging markets are still struggling to meet evolving customer expectations.
