ICT Share Purchase by Subsidiary

Manila–(PHStocks)–International Container Terminal Services Inc. (PSE: ICT) has announced that its subsidiary, ICTSI Warehousing Inc., has acquired 25,000 ICT shares on 6 April 2015. This brings the total shareholdings of ICTSI Warehousing to 455,930, or 0.02% of ICT’s total outstanding shares.
