Globe Declares 4Q Cash Dividend

Taguig—(PHStocks)—Globe Telecom Inc. (PSE: GLO) has declared fourth quarter cash dividend of PhP18.75 per share, payable to stockholders of record as of 25 November 2014, payable on 11 December 2014.

The fourth quarter cash dividend payment total is about PhP2.5 billion. On an annualized basis, this represents about 86% of 2013 core net income.
