Arthaland Declares Cash Dividends

Arthaland Corp. (PSE: ALCO) has declared a regular cash dividend of PhP1.76145 to all Preferred Shares Series B shareholders as of record date March 1, 2019, to be paid on March 6, 2019.

The dividends will come out of the company’s unrestricted retained earnings as of December 31, 2018.
