URC Announces Proposed Schedule of Annual Stockholders’ Meeting

Pasig–(PHStocks)–The Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of Universal Robina Corp. (PSE: URC) is proposed to be held on 18 April 2012 at 4:00pm at the Ruby Ballroom of Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas Avenue corner Asian Development Bank Avenue, Quezon City.

Only stockholders of record as of 14 March 2012 shall be entitled to notice of the meeting and to vote.
